Meet your instructor
Amy Little is from Sarasota Florida where at a young age she found a love for movement. She danced at Booker’s Visual Performing Arts School and later joined the Dance Sport Theater.
With a strong desire to learn more about movement quality and how to help others achieve optimal health, she completed an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from the State College of Florida and began working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2000. Since graduation she has specialized in acute and chronic orthopedic and neurological injuries and conditions, working with people of all ages.

In-Studio Private Sessions
In-studio private sessions include a structured assessment with tailored goals that encompass a program based on your individual needs.

Virtual Private Sessions
Practice anywhere in the world with virtual sessions that are tailored to your needs that day. Sessions include apparatus and prop accessories if available.

Virtual Group Sessions
Classes are structured to create community, develop growth and encompass a fun environment to build strength and mobility.

On Site Group Classes
Small classes of 4-6 on site when the weather permits. Classes are structured to the particpates fitness level and experience.
